Blue Flame Varsity/JV Football

Workouts begin Monday June 8th and will be conducted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6pm-8:30pm.

Please report 20 minutes early (5:40 pm) for health screening and group placement.

Report to student parking lot and we will screen and place in groups from there—student parking lot is lot right behind high school–in between school and athletic fields.

Bring a mask (wearing a mask is recommended when students are not working out).

Bring a water (we cannot share ware bottles or provide a community “water cow”.)

Athletes should wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothes to run, perform agilities and lift weights.

 

Sparks Middle School Football

Workouts begin Tuesday June 9th and will be conducted every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-8:30pm

Workouts begin Monday June 15th and will be conducted every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Girls Cross Country will workout from 8am-9am.

Boys Cross Country will workout from 9am-10am.
