Coach Butler Is North 3A/4A All-Star Baseball Coach

Stan Butler was recently selected to serve as the head coach for the North 3A/4A All-Star baseball team. Blue Flame Dad’s Club Workday Moved to Thursday Afternoon

Cheerleader Try-outs

Sign-ups for JV and Varsity cheerleading will be April 23-27.  Please sign up in room 218 with Dr. Butler.  You should sign up between classes or after school.  Try-out week is May 7-11 from 3:30-5:30 each day in the cheer room.  You must have a physical on file in the PHS athletic office in order

Winter/Spring Awards Ceremony

Pickens High School gymnasium to be named for Coach Peggy Anthony

  Last night the school board approved a request to name the Pickens High School gymnasium for Coach Peggy Anthony! Mrs. Anthony’s accomplishments as a teacher and coach include: – Twenty-six years as PHS head volleyball coach with nine State Championships, eleven Upper State Championships, and twenty-two Region Championships. – First volleyball coach in South Carolina
